* Disney Land Paris *

Hello! So as i said in my last post, this is going to be my Disney Land Paris experience kinda thing hahaha.
Warning now.. there will be quite a few photos but i guess some of you like that more than having paragraphs to read!

We arrived at Disney at about 9:30am. We decided to go into the studio's  park first as we wanted to spend most of the day in Disney! As i am 19 an my sisters 17 we wanted to only go on the bigger rides in the park. the ques where quite long but i found that they where never as long as the queuing time said on the board. if you take about 15 mins off what they say then thats about right hahaha!

My favorite rides in this park are Crush's Coaster and Tower of Terror. We all went on both rides not knowing what they actually did, we knew Tower of Terror dropped you but we didnt know how intense the drops actually were..i thought my mum was going to cry but it was so much fun, if you get chance deffo go on it alteast once. Crush's Coaster looks like a small rollar coaster ride from the outside but its actually got some big drops and turns inside, i wanted to go on this ride more than once but the que was so big.

Now moving onto the Disney park....

 We didn't take many pictures in the Disney park because we were just having fun and forgot, plus it thunderstormed for about an hour so we spent a while hiding under shelters haha!
I found the queuing times were the same length as they were in the other park until it thunder-stormed..which in a way was good for us as it meant the people with small children went home so all the rides were so fast to get on in the afternoon. For example i went on space mounting 3 times as the queuing time was about 10 mins! (Thank you rain! hahaha)

We went on all the big rides in this park, and watched the Disney parade and also one were mary poppins looking people danced in the street! The Disney dreams firework display was amazing, if you never get chance to watch it in person, then go watch it on youtube!

I was going to include some bit that i bought in the park but its been that long since i was there that iv either, used, eaten or packed things away to take university haha! (SORRY).

If you have any questions about Disney Land feel free to ask me :)
Have a nice day,

* Book Review : If I Stay by Gayle Forman *

Hello my love's. Here is a quick review of the heartwarming book that is " If I Stay"

http://www.waterstones.com/waterstonesweb/products/gayle+forman/if+i+stay/6922832/

Now where do i even start with this book, i guess i will first of explain how i came about reading it.. i was shopping with my family in waterstones when my sister spotted this book and said "I cant wait to see this film" and instantly i thought "How do i not know about this book if its being made into a film!" My sister didn't tell me much about the story, only that its about a girl who is dying who has to decide if she wants to stay in a life that would be completely different because of the accident or leave.

This book has two main characters, Mia and her boyfriend Adam. The book switches from the past and the present and you really get to know Mia's family and friends throughout the book as you look at how their relationships have developed and the life events that they has been through.

Main characters:
Mia - A quite musician who doesn't understand how she managed to get such a hot boyfriend.
Kim - Mia's best friend who's easily embarrassed by her mother
Adam - The older boyfriend of Mia and also the lead singer of a band named "Shooting Star"
Mias Mum and Dad - Old rockers who are laid back and had to go through changes of their own as they grew up.

This book has ALOT of references to music, mostly old rock and classical which i personally like as i have grown up knowing quite alot of band members so can relate, i also have a mother who enjoys soft rock. deffinitly pay attention to the pices mentioned in this book and if you can listen to them! p.s Their is section at the back of the book where Gayle actually explains her music choices.

If you are in the ages of id say 16 - 23 i really think you can relate to the main character in this book, you see her build a relationship with her boyfriend, her family, and friends and also see her making decisions about university and what she wants to do with her life. It really is a coming of age kind of book. i really enjoy the way the book was written, i liked the variation of the past and the present you really do connect with the charecters.

As i said before this book has been made into a film and the trailer is out, i promised myself that i would not watch it untill i finished the book. So im going to do that now and then share how i feel about it.

So there are two trailers for this film! Now i have watched them both i cannot wait to see it, i think the author and the directer did an amazing job of casting, Adam, Mia and her parents all look similar to how i imagined them to look! I also think the images of inside the house match up to how i pictures them aswell! I just cant wait to see it now! I think im gonna have to force my friend Beth to read it before the 22nd of August so we can cry in the cinema together hahaha!.

Overall i will leave by saying this is a very very sad and emotional book, it does deal with love and coming of age but its main topic is death so if your senestive to that i wouldnt read it! ill admit there where some nights when i shouldnt have read it either haha (YOU WILL CRY). I love this book but im happy to pass it onto another friend, its not the kind of book you want to read twice!

Let me know if any of you guys decide to read it
Did you enjoy it?
Love,

* Holiday In France ~ July 2014 *

Hello Bloggers. I guess i should really start this post with an apology,  i am well aware that i haven't been blogging as much as i used to. i have had a  very busy few months but i am back and ready to keep my blolg up-to date!

During the month of July i went on holiday for 12 days in France, 1 day was spent traveling to France via the channel tunnel, 7 days was spent in a places called Biscarrosse and 2 days in Paris! Another day was obviously spent traveling back home.

Bisarrosse is a place in France that not alot of people know about, i actually stayed here 9 years ago when i lived in France. It's a place famous for its huge sand dunes ( Dunes De Pyla), huge lake and clear sea. As its not a very know holiday destination for English travelers it meant that we felt like we were basically the only English people in Biscarrosse. This did not bother us what so ever as we were going on a chilled family holiday and me and my dad can speak very basic French anyway! Biscarrosse is a popular camping destination so thats what we decided to do, we have a HUGE tent that we stayed in and our pitch came with a shed that held a fridge, freezer, electricity and tables. We stayed at a campsite called Le Petit Nice.

The campsite is at the bottom of the sand dunes and in the middle of a forest, it was so cute and absolutely beautiful. Here are some pictures from Biscarosse:

 Bastille Day Festival!!

 Dads Birthday

 My tent room! we had fairy lights but you cant see them!

After the 7 days here we then traveled to Paris, we staying in a studio apartment for the 2 nights just a train ride away from Paris center. We could only spend the day there so we tried to be as touristy as we could in that time haha, here are a few pictures:

And i have decided this post is way too long to even carry on with the Disney Land part so im going to do Disney on a separate post and include a Haul woooo!

Thank you for visiting my blog,
Have you ever been to France? Where did you go?

* Parklife Festival & OOTD's *

Parklife is a UK music festival that takes place over a weekend in June (7th & 8th) at a well known park in the city of Manchester. This year i decided i wanted to go and also decided to share some pictures and my experience with you guys.
The festival is split into two days where different people, groups, bands and dj's play on a variety of different stages across the park. The festival also offers different experiences such as rides, shops, stalls, food, and bars.
(You do not camp at this festival, the festival closes at 11pm and then you return the next day at 11am)

Saturday

On the Saturday i traveled to the festival with my friend Charlotte and had plans to meet others when we got into the festival. i knew we had a wait before entering the park due to people giving tickets in and getting wrist bands but the wait was ridiculous, we waited for an hour and half before getting in. This was due to the fact that no one really knew what entrance to use to get into the park as no one had told us and we kept getting told to go to different places. everyone also had to be searched for liquids, drugs and weapons before entering the park.

OOTD

The Saturday weather forecast said it was going to storm and rain all day so i wore;
Thick tights (Asda), high waisted denim shorts (Made them from old jeans), White top (boohoo) and a cotton kimono (boohoo). i also wore knee high socks, wellies and took a waterproof pac-a-mac with me.

This was just the main stage line up!

More pictures:

Overall it was such a good day/night, snoop dog was amazing! despite being drenched and covered in mud it was still so much fun.

Sunday

The Sunday was alot warmer, so i decided not wrap up as much as i did the day before.
Outfit:
Playsuit (boohoo) Kimono (H&M) Knee high socks (Primark) Wellies and Sunglasses (Forever 21).
Sunday was my favorite day out of the two, not only because it was so much warmer and sunnier but the line up was better and i got to see allot of people i wouldn't normally buy tickets to see. This day was still muddy so i did have to wear my wellies but it was sunny most of the day apart from abit of rain that lasted about half an hour.

The Sunday main stage line up.

Overall i had an amazing weekend, i got to meet up with quite alot of friends, see loads of acts and just basically have fun! hahaha.
Thank you for visiting my blog,
Are you going to any festivals this year?
